1. If I book a serviced office, how long do I need to sign up for?
   • Our standard contract is for 12 months with a 6-month break.
2. How much is it to hire one of your meeting rooms or the boardroom?
   • Our meeting rooms are £30 per hour and the boardroom is £35 per hour. These numbers exclude VAT.
3. What does the rent include?
   • The rent includes service charges, security, heating, electricity, gas, water, buildings insurance, maintenance and refreshments (tea, coffee, milk, sugar and squash)
4. How fast is the broadband speed?
   • We have a 100 meg lease line.  Broadband speed is excellent.
5. Is there on-site parking?
   • Yes, there is parking and there is no additional charge.
