Eleanor Nursing & Social Care Ltd began providing care from their Portsmouth branch in February 2021. Led by the registered manager, Nicola Sargeant with support from her field care supervisor, Leanne Glew – the Portsmouth branch is designed to tackle the current capacity issues in the local and surrounding areas, their aim is to add to what had been successfully offered in a residential setting to the community delivering an all encompassing solution to Portsmouth City Council and its residents.
Through a vast range of care and support, the provider work towards customers individual goals and aspirations to promote independence and inclusion within their daily routines. Their dedicated staff are continuously growing in order to offer support for new potential packages of care including;
